Lenovo recently brought its new AMD-powered laptops in the Philippines, including the Yoga 530, IdeaPad 720S, IdeaPad 330, IdeaPad 330S, and IdeaPad 130.

AMD Ryzen processors is packed with simultaneous multithreading (SMT), allowing the processor to split each of its physical cores into virtual cores known as threads. With this, Ryzen could increase its performance, and enable each core to run two instruction teams simultaneously. This elevates its performance especially in digital content creation, 3D rendering, gaming and streaming, CAD work, and more.

Let’s put our spotlight first on the Yoga 530. The 14-inch convertible laptop features a 360-degree hinge that allows it to cycle through Lenovo’s signature four modes such as laptop, tablet, tent, and stand. It can be powered by up to an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U processor, paired with up to Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, and up to 512GB PCIe SSD storage.

Lenovo also offers one of the lightest laptops in the market – the IdeaPad 720S. Weighing only 1.14kg and is thin at 13.6mm, the device is good for people who are always on-the-go. Although it is housed with a small frame, the 720S is still loaded with a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 2700U mobile processor, Radeon Vega mobile graphics, 512GB PCI3 SSD storage, and 8GB DDR4 RAM.

The IdeaPad 720S sells for Php59,995.

If you’re on a budget right now, consider getting the IdeaPad 330. The 14-inch laptop can boast up to AMD Stoney Ridge A9-9425 processor, 8GB DDR memory, and up to 2TB SATA HDD. Meanwhile, its 15-inch variant can be armed with up to AMD Ryzen 7 2700U mobile processor coupled with Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics, 16GB DIMM, and up to 2TB SATA HDD.

The IdeaPad 330 is priced at Php26,995.

For a more capable laptop, shift your attention to the IdeaPad 330S. Also comes with 14- and 15-inch models, the 330S eyes to deliver combined power and portability. The 14-inch device can carry up to AMD A9-9425 processor, while the 15-inch variant can support up to AMD Ryzen 7 2700U mobile processor. Both can be paired with up to an AMD Radeon 540 GPU, up to 8GB memory, and up to 2TB SATA HDD storage.

Consumers can score the IdeaPad 330S starting at Php30,995.

Lenovo also released a budget laptop engineered for first-time PC buyers – the IdeaPad 130. The laptop comes with a 15.6-inch display with up to FHD Anti-Glare resolution. It supports Dolby Audio, too. Inside, it is equipped with up to AMD A9-9425 processor, up to AMD Radeon 530 GPU, up to 8GB DDR4 memory, and up to 1TB HDD storage.

The IdeaPad 130 is tagged at Php16,996.
