Xiaomi Taps Redmi as Its New Sub-brand |
The news broke when the company announced that Redmi will be a new standalone brand. The official event will happen on January 10 at 2P.M. in Beijing, China.
The teaser is also accompanied by a cryptic “4800” shadow, suggesting that Redmi might launch a device with a 48-megapixel sensor. Rumors also suggest that the first Redmi smartphone will boast a Snapdragon 675 chipset, and a waterdrop display. So, could it be the Redmi 7 Pro?
