The JBL Live Series, Tune Series, Under Armour Series, Endurance Peak, and speaker series now officially arrived in the Philippines to give music lovers a wide selection of earphones and speakers that are equipped with Google Assistant.

The JBL Live Series, which was first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 in Las Vegas early this year, features the JBL Live 400BT, JBL Live 500BT, JBL Live 650BTNC, JBL Live 100, and the JBL Live 200BT.

Equipped with the Ambient Aware technology, both the JBL Live 400BT and JBL Live 500BT allow users to be aware of the surroundings even while wearing headphones. They retail at Php5,999 and Php8,599, respectively.

Another model of the Live series is the JBL Live 650BTNC, which attribute its main selling point to its Google Assistant function accessible by just tapping its right earcup. Amplifying more the signature JBL sound, and as its name suggests, it has noise-cancelling capabilities to let users enjoy music without distractions. It also boasts up to 30 hours of battery life and a two-hour playtime from a 15-minute charge. You can cop one at Php10,999.

For those who prefer in-ear earphones, the series also has the JBL Live 100, priced at Php2,199, and the JBL Live 200BT worth Php3,999.

Harman also expanded JBL's lifestyle lineup with the JBL Tune 500, JBL Tune 500BT, and the JBL Tune 600BTNC.

The JBL Tune 500, while it’s the only model of the Tune Series that is wired, its cables are made tangle-free to assure that users can still freely move with the help of its lightweight and foldable design. The Php1,999 earpiece comes with Google Assistant accessible through the one-button remote and microphone.

For those who want hassle-free listening on wireless headphones, consider the JBL Tune 500BT, which packs a battery that can last up to 16 hours of continuous music playback. At Php3,199, consumers can choose from black, blue, pink, and white headsets.

Joining JBL’s array of noise-cancelling headphones is the JBL Tune 600BTNC which comes with 12 hours of battery life with its Active Noise-Cancelling feature on, and can be fully charged in just two hours. You can grab a pair at Php5,499.

From lifestyle to active users, JBL has something to offer. An example is the new JBL Endurance Peak, one of the brand’s offerings under its true wireless sports earphones lineup.

It can be used under different weather conditions as it comes with an IPX7 waterproof rating. Other than carrying the signature JBL premium sound, the JBL Endurance Peak is made to ergonomically fit the ears with its TwistLock and FlexSoft technologies.

Out of the box, the JBL Endurance Peak comes with a rugged smart charging case with 24 hours of total backup charge, and equates a 10-minute quick charge for one hour of music playback. Music control is also made seamless with the JBL Endurance Peak’s touch function. It retails at Php6,999.

Harman is also bringing the collaboration with Under Armour into the local market.

Leading the series is the JBL UA Sports Wireless Train which carries the JBL Charge Sound to further intensify users’ workout. It also comes with the UA Fabric Technology so that the earphones can maintain its comfortable form. It has the UA SuperVent on its outer ear cushions that deliver true breathability with a fast-drying and hand washable removable fabric. In terms of its battery, it can play music for 16 hours, and is capable of turning a five-minute charge to one hour of audio playback. It is priced at Php11,499.

The JBL Sports UA Flex has lightweight, flexible neckband carrying four buttons for music control combined with sports flex fit ear tips for complete ergonomics. A special feature is its RunSafe LED, a safety light feature which keeps users visible at night using three flashing modes. It has a price tag of 7,599.

The JBL UA Sports Wireless React and the JBL UA Sports Wireless Pivot, on the other hand, both have bionic hearing features that allow users to hear the environment even when using the earphones, including the Ambient Aware and TalkThru technologies. They are both sold at Php8,499.

Meanwhile, the JBL UA Sports True Wireless Flash gives a truly cord-free music experience. It comes with the UA waterproof technology, and the Sport Flex Fit ear tips for ergonomics and perfect fit, so the earphones don’t fall off even how intensive a workout is. Other notable features include the Bionic Hearing with TalkThru and AmbientAware technologies. For its battery, it with a 25-hour battery life, and has a durable aluminum charging case.

Aside from personal audio products, JBL Philippines is also expanding its speakers portfolio with four new models: JBL Party Box 300, JBL Charge 4, JBL Jr. Pop, and the JBL Link View.

Made to bring loud, energizing sound everywhere you go, the JBL Party Box 300 is a powerful party speaker with light effects. It comes with a 10,000mAh battery for 18 hours of non-stop music, and can be charged using the 12V DC ports of cars. The speaker can also be used as power bank to fuel up smartphones and other devices.

This box is sure to bring the party, especially when connected with another Party Box. It also packs a PureBass sound mode and has a microphone and guitar inputs. With all its special features, the speaker has a hefty price tag of Php29,999.

JBL also improved the JBL Charge 3 to bring the Charge 4, which now has a larger 7,500mAh battery that can be filled up via a USB Type-C port. Aside from playing your favorite tunes, this speaker can also replenish other devices.

Available in wide color options, the JBL Charge 4 comes with a rugged, waterproof design, and has 20 hours of playback time. With JBL Connect+ technology, you can wirelessly link more than 100 JBL Connect+ enabled speakers to amplify the party.

An addition to the JBL Jr. headphones under the JBL Kids line, the JBL Jr. Pop delivers fun sound for the little ones. The JBL Jr. Pop can play music for five hours at a price of just Php1,999.

Lastly, Harman introduced the Php17,999 JBL Link View, a Google Assistant voice-activated speaker with an eight-inch high definition touch screen display. An important feature of this device is its PrivacySwitch which is the company’s take to assure users of cybersecurity. With the PrivacySwitch, users’ privacy and security are protected with a physical camera shutter and microphone.

More than just delivering music, the JBL Link View can also be used for video calls using its five-megapixel front camera. With Google Assistant, users can also inquire anything under the sun through voice commands.
