| Black Shark 2 Pro Now Official |
The Black Shark 2 Pro comes with an obvious resemblance with its predecessors. However, the device is now packed with solid improvements to improve user’s gaming experience.
Xiaomi equipped its new beast with a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution. According to the brand, the new model has an enhanced touch response speed by around 7ms, down to only 34.7ms from 43.5ms. For comparison, the ROG Phone 2 has a latency of 49ms. Unfortunately, its display still settles for just 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the handset is powered by the new 7nm overclocked Snapdragon 855+ processor, which can be coupled with 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. To keep the fun running, the device is juiced with 4,000mAh battery, which might be underwhelming for a gaming smartphone. In fact, its rival sports a whopping 6,000mAh stamina.

Moving on to its photography department, Xiaomi geared it with dual-rear camera setup composed of 48-megapixel f/1.75 main shooter and 12-megapixel f/2.2 secondary sensor. For selfies, it is mounted with a 20-megapixel f/2.0 snapper.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro is now available for pre-order in China. Consumers can get its 12GB/128GB variant for the price of CNY 2,999 (~Php22.1K), while its more powerful 12GB/256GB model sells for CNY 3,499 (~Php25.8K).
