| Huawei Remains Strong, P30 Series Shipped 10 Million Units in 85 Days |
Huawei Consumers Business Group Philippines Country Manager George Li has delivered a strong speech, as he revealed the company’s global and local milestones.
During the event, Huawei claimed that the brand is now backed by more than 600 million users worldwide, which is about 15% of the world’s population. This enables them to maintain its position as the second biggest mobile vendor after the first quarter of 2019.
Also, Huawei boasted that the company remains to be at the forefront of innovations as a global tech leader in 5G technology. In the Philippines, Globe recently launched the country’s first 5G internet plan, which is powered by Huawei’s 5G CPE system.

Moreover, the brand impressively crossed the 100 million mark in smartphone shipments by the end of May. The shipment for P30 series, on the other hand, has also achieved a record-breaking 10 million units in 85 days. This exceeded its predecessor by 52% on the first month of its launch.

The Huawei Watch GT is also received well by consumers, as shipment for the said line is already at 2 million.

The company explained that the secret of their success is the brand’s customer centricity, as they listened to consumers and make sure that the products they release in the market will improve one’s lifestyle.
