Apple Launches iPhone 11

Right on schedule, Apple took its stage to launch its new devices. And as expected, the tech giant has unveiled its latest premium smartphones – the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The iPhone 11 comes in vibrant colors, which would remind you of last year’s iPhone XR. Moreover, the device is still dressed with an anodized aluminum body but now sports an IP68 water-resistant physique.

Its front, on the other hand, is dominated by a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina display with TrueTone, while it's still mounted with a thick notch. Hence, its screen still flaunts an iPhone X vibe, which is unfortunately way too old now.

Under the hood, Apple packed it with a 7nm A13 Bionic chipset, claiming that it has the fastest CPU/GPU with 8.5 billion transistors. With this, users can expect that it can deliver great performance when running heavy mobile tasks such as gaming.

The iPhone 11 is also banked with upgraded photography features. Apple geared it with 12MP f/1.8 + 12MP f/2.4 120-degree ultrawide angle dual rear shooters, and 12MP selfie snapper. Its camera now comes with Night mode and Deep Fusion, too. Its front-facing cam will also support 120fps slow-motion video, 4K 60fps video, and Smart HDR.

Meanwhile, Apple noted that the iPhone 11 can run an hour longer than the iPhone XR.

Other notable features include its Dual-SIM with eSIM connectivity and enhanced Face ID. The phone is loaded with iOS 13.

The Apple iPhone 11 comes in Black, Green, Yellow, Purple, Red, and White color variants. It will be available in the US starting on September 20, 2019.

Here are the pricing details:
  • 64GB – USD 699 (~Php36.4K)
  • 128GB – USD 749 (~Php39K)
  • 256GB – USD 849 (~Php44.2K)
