The Cherry Mobile Flare J1 Lite flashes a 5-inch display powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. We do not know exactly the screen resolution and chipset used, but expect it to have FWVGA to qHD at most and either MediaTek or Spreadtrum, respectively.
To compensate for the 1GB RAM, CM uses the Go Edition of Android Oreo to ensure that it still very much usable on everyday tasks.

In terms of the photography department, there is a single 8MP shooter mounted on its back accompanied by an LED flash, and a 2MP snapper in the front for taking selfies. Yes, we know this isn't much, but it is still a good thing to have, besides, this is an entry-level phone.
Other known specs are dual-SIM with 3GB connectivity and expandable storage up to 32GB.
It was priced at Php2,599 when it was launched, but consumers can now have it for 300 pesos cheaper at Php2,299.
