| DLSU Intros 7th DITECH Fair |
With a theme of “Innovation Next: DITECH @ Laguna,” DITECH Fair will highlight the best innovative solutions developed by DLSU and its partners.
It also eyes to strive for more development and countrywide implementation of research outputs through commercialization, protection of intellectual property rights, and partnership with the government, industry and other research entities.
DITECH Fair 2019 will feature numbers of sub-themes, including:
- Innovation for sustainability under the 17 Sustainability Development Goals
- Innovation for global competitiveness of Philippine business
- Innovation for public good
- Innovation-driven entrepreneurship
- Innovation-conscious policymaking
In addition, participants will learn more with the panel discussions on the Philippine Innovation Ecosystem; DLSU-Industry Collaboration; Creative Arts and Technologies towards Social Innovation; and Inclusive Innovation.
Moreover, the event will be powered by the following activities:
- An exhibit of innovations from DLSU and its partners
- Messages from Atty. Josephine Rima-Santiago of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, Mr. Richard L. Lee of the HARI Foundation, Inc., and Former DOST Secretary and Former NAST President Dr. William Padolina
- Tours of the DLSU Laguna Campus
- The Animo Labs Green Archer Innovation Awards 2019
- An Open Mic celebration
