Spotted on TENAA, the K30 5G is set to offer up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB storage, suggesting that it can dominate its rivals at its price point. And as TENAA has already approved the phone, consumers can expect that the variant will be available soon in China.
In case you missed it, the new Redmi K30 series flaunts a premium design, making it one of the most good-looking Redmi smartphones. And although it shares almost the same design and specs, the two devices still have major distinctions in terms of its internals.
Let’s talk about the K30 first. The regular variant flashes a 6.67-inch FHD+ screen that supports HDR 10 display at 120Hz. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 730G octa-core processor, paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It sports a 4,500mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging, too.
Other notable features include its 60-megapixel f/1.89 Sony IMX686 main shooter complemented with an 8-megapixel f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide lens, 2-megapixel 2cm super macro lens, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, it features 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel depth dual snappers.

Meanwhile, the K30 5G boasts the same display as the regular variant. It has similar battery capacity, too, but Redmi equipped it with a 30W fast charging solution. Also, inside, it is loaded with a Snapdragon 765 octa-core processor, and Adreno 620 GPU.
In terms of its photography department, the device is armed with a quad-rear camera setup, consisting of a 60-megapixel f/1.89 Sony IMX686 main shooter, 8-megapixel f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide cam, 5-megapixel 2cm super macro lens, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The two devices come with the same front facing camera setup, though.
