ASUS Philippines has launched its newest after sales service, dubbed as Platinum Protection Warranty (PPW), allowing consumers to get the best kind of product experience.

Together with its service provider partners, ASUS offers its PPW to all customers who purchase any ASUS, ROG, or ExpertBook laptops starting January 1, 2020. It includes coverage for accidental damage within first year of the warranty – with no additional cost.

Under the PPW service, consumers can score the Local Accidental Damage Package (LADP), which covers damage such as drops, falls or other collisions, liquid and electrical damage, and even acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, and typhoons.

With the new warranty service, ASUS will shoulder 100% of the labor costs, and 80% of the part replacement cost.

How to avail of Platinum Protection Warranty:
  • Visit any ASUS authorized service provider
  • Bring proof of purchase
  • Serial number on the unit must be intact
  • Can only be availed once during the first year of warranty

Not covered by Platinum Protection Warranty:
  • Gift or consumable parts (mouse, cable, bag, etc.)
  • Unrecognizable serial number on the unit
  • No proof of purchase
  • Intentional Damage

ASUS' new Platinum Protection Warranty service is now available in the Philippines. It is being offered by over 99 authorized ASUS service partners in more than 60 cities nationwide.
