| Nokia 6.1, 6.1 Plus, and 7 Plus Get Android 10 Update |
Good news, Nokia users! HMD Global has officially rolled out the newest OS update to its select mid-range smartphones, which are released in 2018. In case you missed it, through the Android One program, Nokia is guaranteed with three years of monthly security updates and two years of OS upgrades.
The Nokia 6.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus, and Nokia 7 Plus joined the Nokia 8.1, allowing Nokia to offer four smartphones running on Android 10.

Here are the new features included in the update:
- Gesture Navigation – control of your devices got slicker, with faster and more intuitive controls
- Smart Reply – receive smarter response in messages, not just wording but actions you can take
- Privacy Controls – More control of your personal data all in one place, and control when your location is shared with your apps – be that always, just while in use, or never
- Focus mode – users can now block distracting apps when they need to concentrate on what’s important (now in Beta)
- Family Link – allows parents to set digital ground rules for the whole family
