The proptech firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Rhonda Wong, shared that they built Ohmyhome while considering the needs of Filipino users who are at different stages of their housing journey.
“Some users might be exploring options, while others may have specific properties in mind. There are also users who may be too busy to get started,” she said.
These are among the main factors taken into account when Ohmyhome launched its O2O or online-to-offline platform with self-help tools on the mobile app, customer services support. Ohmyhome also allows its users to connect easily with their in-house agents, assisting them in property transactions in just a few clicks.

Ohmyhome Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder Race Wong pointed out that fees for the in-house agent services are paid only after a successful transaction. With this, Ohmyhome asserts its commitment to bring good service to its users.
Since location is among the crucial factors in selecting a house to buy, Ohmyhome made the search seamless by integrating a map feature on the app, allowing users to check properties from 2km to 10km in the radius of a particular pinned location. Users can also set their preferences according to property types, sizes, room configurations, and price ranges in the search filter.
Ohmyhome has also partnered with real estate developers like Vista Land International Marketing, Inc. and Suntrust Properties, Inc., among others, to expand property listings found within the app and the website.
By 2021, Ohmyhome plans to cement its role as a one-stop solution for property transactors by rolling out new services, including home renovation, home loans, movers, and many more.
