Following the opening of the first Xiaomi exclusive service center in Bonifacio Global City last December 2021, the Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center, located on the ground floor of SM City Manila beside the Manila City Hall, aims to provide a pleasant experience and luxurious treatment for its customers. Xiaomi fans can anticipate end-to-end assistance for their devices, from product purchases to after-sales support.

Xiaomi declared last year that improving its after-sales service in the country will be one of its targets for 2022. Xiaomi expanded its after-sales touch points in 2021, expanding from 10 to 20 service facilities across the country and adding 10 more certified service centers to service Xiaomi TV products. A Xiaomi Contact Center was also established to service consumers in the Philippines and the Americas.
Apart from improved customer service, Xiaomi fans may take advantage of the company's second special service center promotion, which gives a 50% discount on out-of-warranty labor rates.
