Proactive Action will include a series of photographs and a short film displaying the many themes picked by each explorer, as well as tests of the Xiaomi 12 Pro's triple 50MP pro-grade camera lenses, including new features like ProFocus and Ultra Night Video. The campaign covers various social, cultural, and environmental issues important to each explorer.

Annice records the Wayang Kulit master's work, known as puppet shadow-play, capturing behind-the-scenes aspects of the tradition, the workmanship involved in the creation of the many puppets, and the performances Annice seeks to raise awareness of the social and cultural relevance of bringing families and communities together while also preserving this art form for future generations.
Arunrugstichai, Sirachai (Thailand)
At Prasae Estuary, Shin visits one of eastern Thailand's greatest remaining mangrove forests, capturing the positive outcomes of conservation initiatives preventing the destruction of this natural treasure and guiding it toward recovery. Shin depicts the area's tremendous biodiversity while demonstrating the links between the local community and its abundant natural resources.
Pham, Linh (Vietnam)
Linh discovers Ho Chi Minh City's cultural treasures by exploring the city's hidden nooks, which are not covered in travel books. Linh ventures through an unnamed coffee shop under the bridge, a museum with million-year-old specimens, a charming neighborhood blended with Vietnamese and Chinese heritage, and a peaceful fishing island with the hope of preserving the city's legacy and sharing it with the world, using his senses and keen eye to look beyond the mundane.
SEA life and culture are celebrated.
Xiaomi will organize a contest called Xiaomi Photography Academy: A Celebration of People, Life, and Culture across Southeast Asia as part of the campaign for those who wish to show off their talents and share the unique aspects of their lives and cultures. The photo contest is accessible to anybody with a Redmi or Xiaomi phone and runs from May 14 until June 14, 2022. Participants are urged to submit their finest images that depict the theme.
The Grand Prize Winner will get a Xiaomi Smart Package (Mi TV P1 55", Mi Soundbar, Xiaomi Watch S1, Mi Standing Fan 2) and be recognized as a Xiaomi Photography Ambassador. There will be four consolation prize winners who will receive Xiaomi Buds 3.

Learning from the Masters Photography enthusiasts who wish to learn from the masters can obtain hands-on experience at the Xiaomi Photography Academy Masterclass on May 14, 2022, which will be held at the Masungi Georeserve.
All Xiaomi 12 Series customers are invited to attend the free masterclass. They will have the opportunity to meet and learn from Gab Mejia, a National Geographic Photographer who has been using the Xiaomi 12 Pro to take spectacular images. After the masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to win a Xiaomi Mi-stery Box.
