Porsche Design AOC AGON PRO PD32M 4K 144Hz Premium Display Launches in PH for Php91,370

The Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD32M is a new extraordinary gaming monitor presented by the premier lifestyle company Porsche Design and AGON by AOC, one of the world's top gaming monitor and IT accessory businesses. The 80cm/31.5" premium gaming display has a distinctive appearance influenced by the features and particulars of a Porsche sports vehicle. Due to its clear 4K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 1 ms GtG response time, the PD32M is ideal for high-stakes tournaments by the most demanding gamers. It also combines excellent performance with exceptional quality and finishes. Along with DisplayHDR 1400 support and Mini-LED backlighting, the Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD32M offers an unmatched viewing experience.

The best of both worlds have been combined to create another iconic and highly functional gaming monitor with our longtime partner Porsche Design. According to Kevin Wu, General Manager of MMD Singapore, "as a real multi-purpose device, the PD32M comes with capabilities that will appeal to skilled and ambitious gamers as well as content creators, enabling them to boost their performance and productivity."

"Our main objective was to produce a high-end display with elegant design and cutting-edge technology. The PD27, a 240 Hz QHD gaming monitor with a stand that resembles the roll-cage of a Porsche racing vehicle, was created in collaboration by Porsche Design and AGON by AOC in 2020. We improved the racing-inspired style even further for the second-generation gaming monitor. For example, it incorporates design cues from a sports car's steering wheel and spokes, according to Roland Heiler, chief design officer at Porsche Design.

Functional Design inspired by sports cars
The PD32form M's is determined by its stand functionality. Due to the importance of rigidity and toughness in the gaming business, these characteristics are delicately incorporated into the display enclosure and sandblasted aluminum cast support. Compactness is crucial for monitors; therefore, the display panel housing is designed to match the internal components' functional arrangement. As a result, delicate back tapering surfaces protrude from the panel itself in the direction of the housings for the primary inner element. In order to direct people to the various connectivity points, several visual cavities are added. The back display casing is also tapered at the edges with a mild slant, creating a trapezoidal design that features metal mesh inlays for the cooling and audio speakers to visually optimize panel thinness.

Additionally, some sections include indirect RGB backlighting to provide liveliness and subtly enhance the overall gaming experience. An illuminated horizontal cooling strip is one of several subtle finishing touches modeled after the air-cooled intakes found on sports automobiles. A changing projection logo is used to present the product branding in a lively manner.

Experience high-performance
The massive 31.5" display fits securely and solidly on the desk and is height adjustable for ergonomic positioning, setting the monitor different from other gaming monitors available on the market. The stand additionally allows for vertical orientation pivot adjustment.

The flat IPS (AAS) panel in the Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD32M reproduces 1.07 billion colors, making it possible to see even slight color variations. In order to generate realistic colors and tones, it has a 97 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The monitor has 1,152 dimming zones with the ability to individually light up in accordance with image content thanks to the incorporation of cutting-edge Mini-LED backlighting technology. The PD32M has been demonstrated to display both dazzling sunlight and extremely dark shadows in the same frame and has earned the highest level HDR certification, DisplayHDR 1400. It dwarfs the typical 300 nits brightness of contemporary gaming monitors with a maximum brightness of 1,400 nits.

The IPS panel operates at a high, quick refresh rate of 144 Hz in razor-sharp 4K resolution (3840 x 2160). The alleged "ghosting" between frames is essentially gone with a true 1 ms GtG response time. The new device's ability to employ variable refresh rate (VRR) techniques, which eliminate artifacts like tearing and stuttering, is made possible by the introduction of adaptive-Sync. Thanks to its DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 connectors, the PD32M serves gamers on both PCs and gaming consoles. The display also supports HDMI 2.1 and USB-C for devices that can operate up to 120 Hz in 4K.

Ideally suited for content creators.
The Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD32M serves as a dual-purpose productivity tool for programmers, designers, editors, and content producers. With its USB-C interface, which enables the monitor to receive the display signal and transmit power (up to 90W depending on the HDR setting) and data to a connected notebook with just a single USB-C connection, it is the ideal home-office monitor. Additionally, all of the peripherals attached to the monitor's 4-port USB 3.2 hub, including external disks, keyboards, and mouse, are accessible to and usable by notebooks. Another feature of the PD32M is a KVM switch, which enables users to quickly switch between two sources, such as a gaming PC and a business notebook, while still utilizing the same keyboard and mouse. Using its DP, HDMI, or USB-C connectors, the monitor can display both sources simultaneously in Picture-by-Picture mode (up to UHD at 60 Hz).

An intense sound system is another feature of the PD32M. Gamers can anticipate a rich and clean audio experience from dual 8W speakers supplemented with DTS sound.

Programmable RGB lighting
The PD32M can be further customized even if it is already unique. At the back of the display, the gadget has completely customizable RGB illumination (Light FX). After booting up, the monitor will welcome users with an animated start-up logo and a unique sound. The on-screen display (OSD) menu is created with a distinct and user-friendly layout. A wireless gaming keypad is included so users can easily and quickly access the monitor's OSD settings. Last but not least, a USB stick with user manuals and relevant software is included with the display when it is delivered.

With an SRP of 91,370 PHP, the ground-breaking Porsche Design AOC Agon Pro PD32M will go on sale in July 2022. Please visit https://ph.aoc.com for additional details about regional products.
