ZTE reports 9-month sales and net profit increases, enhancing its standing through creative initiatives.
ZTE Corporation, a global leader in information and communication technology solutions, has released its third-quarter financial results for 2022. According to the figures, ZTE recorded operational revenue of RMB 92.56 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2022, an increase of 10.4% over the same period last year.
Despite the obstacles of the first three quarters of 2022, ZTE worked tirelessly with its industry partners and practiced its own positioning as a "driver of the digital economy." During the period, the firm reinforced its key technology and product competitiveness by continuing to spend in R&D, with expenses totaling RMB 16.11 billion, accounting for 17.4% of the 9-month operating revenue.
During this time, ZTE developed its entire DICT product series and solutions in three categories: efficient digital infrastructure of "connection and processing power," flexible and agile digital capabilities, and APPs service application innovation. ZTE recorded year-on-year growth in operating revenue in both domestic and international markets, as well as in the three key sectors (carrier networks, government and enterprise, and consumer business) as a result of the global digitalization and low-carbon development wave.
In the Philippines, ZTE continues to be the strong backbone and partner of the country’s leading telco companies and enterprises. “ZTE Philippines will continue to be the industry’s solid partner in driving digital economy, with leading innovative solutions and high quality delivery” according to Wan Min, president, ZTE Philippines.
Mr. Wan added, “true to the ZTE core, we will stay committed to continuous innovations.”
