Great Place to Work® is a global accreditation program that assists in creating the best workplaces in the Philippines and throughout the world. Companies utilize the program to deploy surveys that collect data on employee experience based on five dimensions of trust: the legitimacy of leadership, a sense of respect, the fairness of management practices, pride in one's job, and teamwork. After the replies are collated and provided in a report, employers can utilize them to evaluate their corporate culture and practices.
