RoyQueen Elite: Quad-Core Exynos 4412 Tablet

Ever hear of RoyQueen? Maybe not and same goes to me. Last Tuesday I went to SM Centerpoint in Sta. Mesa and visit their Cyberzone area, a person of one Kiosk is giving flyers of their product and I just get it without checking what it is. Later that day while when I got back home I check the flyer and found out that they are selling Speakers and Android tablets.

Their Android tablets are quite interesting, I search the web and found no information about tablets in their website. All I got was they were established in 2009 and engage in exporting professional audio in China. The most plausible model is the RoyQueen Elite which has the same design as the Samsung Tab 3.0. It does not only borrowed the looks from Samsung but it also uses the same chipset, it packs a Quad-Core Exynos 4412 processor (same with the Cherry Mobile Fusion Wave) clocked 1.5GHz.

The Elite boast a 7" HD (1280x800) IPS capacitive LCD, 8GB of on board storage (supports up to 32GB memory expansion) and 1GB of RAM. It has a built in 8-ohm 1.2 watt speaker, 1080p Video output via HDMI and it supports USB OTG as well as an external 3G dongle. The usual connectivity like WiFi and Bluetooth are also covered. The only let down is the miniscule battery which is only 3000mAh. This tablet can be yours at a hefty PHP 8950 with free Bluetooth headset.

Key Specs:

  • 7-inch capacitive IPS HD (1280x800) LCD display, 5-point multi-touch
  •  Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
  • 1.5GHz Cortex-A9 Quad Core CPU, Mali-400 MP4 GPU, Samsung Exynos 4412 Chipset
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 8GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via micro SD
  • 2MP fixed-focus main camera
  • VGA front camera
  • Bluetooth 4.0
  • WiFi 802.11 b/g/n /
  • Mini USB 2.0 with OTG and 3G Dongle Support
  • HDMI port with 1080p Video Output
  • 3.5mm audio jack
  • 3000mAh Li-Ion battery
