|Huawei Honor 3X|
Huawei, the third largest phone manufacturer in the world announced their first true octa-core handset - the Huawei Honor 3X.
The Honor 3X has a 5.5-inch capacitive IPS HD (1280x720) touchscreen display powered by a MediaTek MT6592 with 8 CPU cores clocked at 1.7GHz each. There is also 2GB of RAM to ensure smooth multitasking.
Camera wise, it packs a 13MP main shooter plus a 5MP snapper in the front. Huawei also puts an ample amount of battery (3000mAh) inside the phablet.
This dual SIM device will be available for only CNY1700 which is just around 12,400 pesos. On that pricing, it can directly compete with the local manufacturers which at this point only offers quad-core smartphones. Hopefully it will arrive in the Philippines soon.
