Virtual Reality is one of the most popular features of mobile computing today, an attribute that most, if not all brands, is incorporating on at least one of their phones. Some, even went further by emphasizing this trait in their device offering (not to mention including its abbreviation on the naming scheme), meet the Arsenal VR One.
The Arsenal is the newest brand to hit the local mobile market, and their first ever smartphone to be released soon is a VR-ready Android Marshmallow handset. The Arsenal VR One comes with a 5.2-inch display with an LTPS touch panel made by JDI and 1080p resolution, which translates to 424 pixels per inch for a more enjoyable VR experience.
On the inside, it is powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 chipset that has 8 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.3GHz each bundled with tri-core ARM Mali-T720 graphics processing unit. There is a 3GB of RAM for smooth multitasking and a 32GB of ROM for storing files and VR contents.
Other notable specs are fast (0.25s to unlock) fingerprint scanner embedded on the home button, 13MP f/2.2 main shooter, 8MP selfie snapper, and 2800mAh battery. According to our source, there will be an upcoming event this Friday to showcase this product, along with two other more. No mention about the pricing yet, but hopefully it will be reasonable.
