Firefly Mobile appears to be in full blast for this year, in just less than two months, the company already released several smartphones, such as the Aurii XR, Aurii Virtuoso, and Aurii Passion 4G. Earlier today, they teased on their Facebook page another upcoming device, which we believed is the Firefly Mobile Intense 5 we spotted in one of their stores this afternoon.
The Firefly Mobile Intense 5 is an entry-level offering, it sports a 5-inch 5-point touch display with qHD resolution and an IPS panel. On the inside, it is powered by 32-bit quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz each paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via micro SD card up to 32GB. We are not yet sure about the chipset used, but most likely it is either from MediaTek or Spreadtrum.

The handset is equipped with 8MP main shooter and a 5MP selfie snapper. The other specs we know so far are dual SIM with 3G connectivity, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, 2100mAh removable battery, and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It is now available for a retail price tag of Php2,899, and comes with free tempered glass and free case.
