Lenovo Philippines formally joined the gaming scene in the country with the introduction of its Legion sub-brand dedicated to the hardcore and enthusiast gamers.

The two-day gaming event, which rolled out last weekend was held in the Cyberzone area of SM North EDSA, wherein Lenovo invited gamers, bloggers, media personalities and celebrities to witness and experience the new Legion Gaming computers. There were three devices showcased during the convention, the Lenovo Legion Y520, the Lenovo Ideapad Y910, and the Lenovo Y710 Cube.

The Lenovo Legion Y520 in an entry-level gaming laptop that packs enough firepower to hit even some of the most demanding games available today. It runs on the latest Intel chipset, which is the 7th generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ Kaby Lake processor, and bundled with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050 GDDR5 4GB graphics card. Combined it with an 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SATA HDD+256GB SSD, 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display, and you got yourself a loaded arsenal.

Next is the Lenovo Ideapad Y910, a virtual-reality gaming laptop that boasts 6th generation Intel Core i7-6820HK processor that can be overclocked with just a press of the One Key Turbo button, giving it a boost in terms of CPU performance for more awesome gaming experience.
