Microsoft Kaizala Now Available in PH; Offers Secured Communication for Business

Microsoft Philippines recently launched its Kaizala app in the Philippines to offer a secured communication with people inside and outside their organization, including employees, customers, and suppliers.

The mobile app allows corporate world to manage work and tasks with their extended teams through a unified platform without comprising their security, as it delivers the controlled access and data security that their organization needs.

“Most businesses work with several partners, distributors, and stakeholders who are not on the company’s email address list, so communication can be slow and unsecure. With Microsoft Kaizala, they can better connect and coordinate with the entire team. As internet usage increases, we believe it will be easier for organizations to communicate with all their stakeholders, wherever they are in the Philippines,” Betrand Launay, Microsoft Philippines Managing Director, claimed.

Its Azure Active Directory services authentication guarantees secure access to the Kaizala Management Portal, where IT administrators can control memberships of all the groups.

With their phone number serving as a unique ID, organizations can easily disseminate information like announcements, photos, videos, documents. They can also collect data from the field by conducting a poll, with a real-time analytics as results come in.

Meanwhile, Microsoft Kaizala Pro is also announced during the launch. This enterprise version allows organizations to have full administrative control in their group.

The Pro version also has additional features, including user and group management, system integration and automation using Microsoft Kaizala APIs, advanced reporting and analytics, publishing custom actions, creating public groups, and organizational profile and directory.
