BS Mobile continues to amaze me, last Sunday we featured the Venus Tab which is currently the cheapest Dual Core Tablet in the local market and today I found out that the Neptune S is a Dual SIM Dual Standby Tablet with call and text function for only PHP3199 plus it is also a Dual Core device.

The Neptune S has a dual core CPU clocked at 1GHz, 8GB of ROM which is further expandable thru micro SD slot up to 32GB and has a 512MB of RAM. It will also have a front and back camera and will run Android Jelly Bean 4.1 out of the box. For the connectivity feature, it will have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

As we can see in the specs, it is pretty decent for its price range, actually it is the cheapest to date for a dual core device with phone functionality both for Tablet and Smartphone (even cheaper than the Cherry Mobile Flare).
