DTC Mobile GT17 Jupiter

Yesterday I told you about the brochure from DTC Mobile that contains smartphone models which are not yet announced by the company. Aside from the GT18 Sparkle, another phone on that leaflet is the GT17 Jupiter.

The naming scheme is a bit confusing, maybe because I thought that the higher the number the better but in the Jupiter case it is more powerful than the Sparkle.

It packs a 4.7-inch screen with qHD (960x540) resolution powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. There is also 1GB of RAM on board for smooth multitasking plus 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD.

Like its bigger brother GT15 Fiesta and GT12 Nick Plus, it also has 13MP main camera and a 2MP in front. So far, this is the cheapest quad-core device from DTC pegged at only Php6,990.
