Huawei Honor 3C |
Aside from the Octa Core Honor 3X, Huawei also unveiled on the same day the Honor 3C, an entry level quad-core phone with 5-inch high definition display for only 798 Chinese Yuan or less than 6000 pesos in today's foreign exchange rate.
It is powered by the MediaTek MT6582 chipset with quad-core CPU clocked at 1.3GHz each and Mali-400MP for the GPU. On-board storage is 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card.
There will be a Sony made 8MP main camera at the back and a 5MP secondary camera. The price I mentioned earlier is for 1GB RAM version, but if you want a 2GB of RAM you need to shell out an additional CNY200 or roughly around 1500 pesos.
If the price will be the same when it arrives in the Philippines, it will be a potential hit and could directly compete with the local brands.
