It is based on Maxwell architecture and manufactured in 28nm process.

In real life usage, these combinations are more than sufficient for office works and multimedia consumption as well as handling more demanding applications. In terms of gaming, it can handle most 2014 and early 2015 games (like FIFA14) in high graphics properly while more demanding games (like Assassin's Creed) are still playable as long as the graphics settings are set in minimum to medium. Meanwhile, the 4GB of RAM is enough for the usual multitasking and if you are heavy user, it has two memory slots and you can upgrade up to 16GB of DDR3L RAM.
