Globe Telecom announces today its bigger and better GoSURF50, which will be available starting this July 2, that gives prepaid customers 1GB of data surfing allowance plus unlimited texts to all networks plus free Facebook, all for only 50 pesos, valid for 3 days.

The 1GB data are divided into two parts, 700MB for all sites + 300MB for the contents of your choice, e.g. Viber, SnapChat, Spotify Basic, etc. To register, just key-in the word GS50 and send to 8888 using your mobile phone or dial *143# and search this promo on the options provided. Users can also check their remaining MB by texting GoSURF STATUS to 8888, once all your data allowance is consumed, consumers will receive an automated notification.

Moreover, prepaid subscribers can register subsequently, allowing them to stack more data. This is very much welcome addition, especially when you have still data allowance and the 3-day period will already expire. This means that unconsumed data will be carried over when you registered again to Globe GoSURF50.

UPDATE:

It now includes 1GB of consumable data plus a free app of your choice with 300MB data allocation. The apps included are Mobile Legends, Pokemon Go, Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, musical.ly, Spotify, YouTube, Daily Motion, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and Viber.

There is no more free Facebook, the good thing though is that you can now extend your subscription for one more day for only 5 pesos by simply texting GS ROLLOVER to 8080, provided that you still have unused data left.

UPDATE:

As of May 18, 2018, the Globe GoSURF 50 now comes with a total of 3.3GB data. Read more info about this new promo HERE.
