| Nokia 3 Unveils in the Philippines for Php6,990 |
Last on the list of Nokia phones that will be officially available in the Philippines this month is the Nokia 3.
The Nokia 3 is the entry-level device that currently sits at the bottom of the Android smartphone offerings. It sports a 5-inch display with IPS panel and HD resolution topped with unspecified Corning Gorilla Glass for added protection. On the inside, it is powered by MediaTek MT6737 chip, that has quad core Cortex-A53 CPU cores clocked at 1.3GHz each paired with ARM Mali-T720MP2 GPU. It also has 2GB of RAM for multitasking, and 16GB of expandable storage for apps and files.
In terms of photography capabilities, the main camera has 8MP f/2.0 auto focus shooter accompanied by an LED flash. Nokia is also generous to equip its front snapper with similar, if not the same selfie snapper found on the Nokia 6 and Nokia 5, an 8MP f/2.0 AF system.
Other specs are dual SIM with LTE, 2630mAh battery, nice sets of connectivity, basic sensors with gyroscope, micro USB OTG function, and runs on Android Nougat. It will retail for Php6,990, and aims to compete with the like of ASUS ZenFone Live and Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime.
