| Skyworth, Toshiba Unveil Android TV Series with Google Voice Command |
Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited, together Toshiba Corporation, recently launched its latest line of UHD Smart TVs, Android TV series to be exact, that comes in as small as 49-inch and as big as 65-inch display.
Eyeing to upgrade the home viewing entertainment of consumers, the Android TV series is running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Powered by Google, it enables users to control their TV by simply speaking into the remote's microphone. It can also recognize 88 different languages, including Filipino.

Skyworth and Toshiba’s Android TV series boasts a 4K Ultra HD resolution at 3840 x 2160 pixels. It also supports a viewing angle of 178 degrees through its IPS LED Display technology.
To provide better picture quality, the Android TV series sports MPEG Noise Reduction and Digital Noise Reduction, too.
Apart from these, users can connect their mobile phones to control their television through Android TV Controller app by simply connecting to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. With this, consumers can control all applications that are compatible with Google Cast.
According to Mark Seidenfeld of Google, Skyworth and Toshiba Android TVs will get up to three major software updates as part of being Google partner. This means, that it is guaranteed to get up to Android P. The TV models that were unveiled are Skyworth G6 in 49-inch or 55-inch, Toshiba U77 in 49-inch or 55-inch, and Toshiba U97 in huge 65-inch Ultra HD 4K display.
