Acer recently upgraded its Predator gaming gears with the launch of the Predator Orion 9000 gaming desktop PC and Predator X35 gaming monitor at IFA 2017.

Flaunting an intimidating look, the Acer Predator Orion 9000 features a black-and-silver spacecraft-like peripheral with a customizable RGB lighting along the sides of the front bezel.

The gaming desktop is equipped with up to an Intel Core i9 Extreme Edition 18-core and 36-thread processor, and can support up to four AMD Radeon RX Vega graphics cards at once, or two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti cards.

With this, it could run virtual reality apps and support 8K UHD.

The Predator Orion 9000 will be available in North America in December, with a starting price of US$1,999 (Php101K).

Meanwhile, to match the Predator Orion 9000, the Taiwanese manufacturer also launched the Acer Predator X35 gaming monitor. The 35-inch, 21:9 monitor sports an immersive 1800R curved panel with 3440 x 1440 WQHD pixels. It offers 4ms response time, 200Hz refresh rate, and has support for NVIDIA G-SYNC.

The Acer Predator X35 monitor’s price is yet to be announced, but it will be available in Q1 of 2018.
