Fujitsu Image Scanners Hit 10 Million Global Shipments Mark |
PFU has announced that its Fujitsu image scanners have passed the 10 million global shipments mark as of July 2017.
To honor this success, PFU has launched a 10M Achievement special website with a slogan of, “Good quality has 10 million reasons.” The website contains why customers have purchased the brand’s scanners. It will share various types of campaign information, and the underlying history of their scanners, as well.
In 1983, PFU released its first image scanner – the U4301A flatbed scanner. However, to meet the demands of the consumers, PFU expanded its fi-Series scanner lineup with the addition of ADF equipped models, and high-speed image scanners.
In 2001, the brand released its ScanSnap series that enables one touch scanning and digitalization. Then, followed it with the launch of the Wi-Fi compatible iX series and overhead scanning SV600.
Meanwhile, apart from its 10M Achievement website, the brand also launched another website named Our Scanner Story to share the company’s story in producing image scanners, definite quality and technology, and how it maintains the consumers’ loyalty.
