Honor has launched its latest gaming smartphone in China – the Honor Play!

Giving off a 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio, the Honor Play flaunts a 6.3-inch FHD+ IPS panel with 2340 x 1080 pixels, translating to 409 ppi. It comes with 3D curved glass and Gorilla Glass protection, as well. Under the hood, it packs Kirin 970 octa-core processor with NPU and i7 co-processor, complemented with Mali-G72 MP12 graphics with GPU Turbo.

The handset comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. It is geared with 3750mAh battery with fast charging tech, too.

For a more realistic gaming session, the phone delivers 4D gaming experience that can intelligently detect 30 different scenes.

Moving on to its camera department, it is mounted with 16-megapixel f/2.2 + 2-megapixel f/2.4 dual rear cameras, and 16-megapixel f/2.0 selfie snapper.

The Honor Play is now up for pre-order in China, and will be available starting June 11, 2018. Consumers can get the 4GB variant for CNY 1,999 (~Php16K), while the 6GB model sells for CNY 2,399 (~Php20K).
