Alcatel is once a popular name in the mobile industry, both locally and globally. However, their popularity has become less intense over time, and their presence in the country is gradually decreasing. But, it does not mean they already gave up the market like other brands did. In fact, they are bringing new feature-rich devices to the Philippines this November.
