To elevate short-distance commute on the crowded streets of the Philippines, Grab has partnered with Autoltalia Рthe exclusive distributor of Piaggi Ap̩ vehicles in the country. Hence, through this collaboration, GrabTrike Premium service will use Piaggio Ap̩ City Fi units. It has a maximum load capacity of 300 kilograms, and has better capacity in terms of passengers compared with traditional tricyles.

Can be juiced with a frugal gas or diesel engine, the vehicle can run up to 38 kilometers on a single liter of gas. Moreover, Grab also ensures a safer commute as it will use Euro-IV compliant Apé units that boasts better mileage, transmission with reverse, and maximum climb of 20.5% gradient performance. GrabTrike also promises a more comfortable and safer commute to its drivers and passengers with Apé's bigger and sturdier build.
