The Jabra Engage 50 features a unique 3-microphone system that filters out background noise and breathing sounds to improve call quality and customer satisfaction. The headset also supports stereo sound and super wideband audio quality for vibrant, lifelike conversations, while providing hearing protection for call center agents.

“When it comes to improving call quality and outcome, it’s vital that we listen to customer service agents, who know better than anyone what distracts them from doing their job, or completing calls satisfactorily,” said Holger Reisinger, SVP Business Solutions, at Jabra.

The Jabra Engage 50 addresses the issue of interruptions that affect agents’ work focus. The multi-colored status lights on both earcups can be customized for the needs of the business, ensuring that a user is not interrupted in the middle of an important call. Jabra’s noise cancellation technology further blocks out ambient noise and improves agents’ ability to focus.

“That’s why we’ve engineered the Jabra Engage 50 to meet the challenges of today’s customer service-oriented business. There’s no headset on the market that provides the same levels of audio quality, noise cancellation and features to help call-centric workers to focus on their job without fear of interruption. We’ve also listened to business owners, two thirds of whom plan strategic investments in advanced analytics in the next two years. The rich call analytics in the Jabra Engage 50 enable businesses to make data-driven decisions to improve call quality for both agents and customers,” added Reisinger.

The Jabra Engage 50 was made out of 54,280 engineering hours with three patents for features for its improved call quality, including a 3-microphone system to reduce noise, processing chip embedded directly in its earcup, and audio improvements to balance incoming sound and automatically adjust to users’ preferences.

The Jabra Engage 50 is available with USB-C connector (Jabra Engage 50 Stereo and Jabra Engage 50 Mono), and both with USB-A, USB-C, MS, and UC (Jabra Engage 50 Link).

The Jabra Engage 50 headsets can be bought via selected authorized Jabra sellers in the Philippines for USD190 (Jabra Engage 50 Mono headset), USD210 (Jabra Engage 50 Stereo headset), USD95 (Jabra Engage Link USB-A, UC or MS version), and USD95 (Jabra Engage Link USB-C, UC or MS version).
