ASUS ZenFone 6 to Launch on May 16

Recently, attendees of Mobile World Congress 2019 received magazines that contained an advertisement of ASUS’ upcoming flagship smartphone – the ZenFone 6. According to the ad, the device will be unveiled on May 14. However, the company has revealed on its official Twitter page that the ZenFone 6 will be unleashed on May 16 instead.

The teaser video claimed that the "revolution is coming" as the new ZenFone 6 is set to "defy the ordinary."

For now, there is no word yet about the series but, as its tagline suggests, we can expect that it will feature a major jump from its predecessors. It might boast a punch-hole design, or a pop-up camera. On the other hand, rumors suggest that it will sport a triple rear shooters to enhance users’ mobile photography.

We can also note that ASUS usually launches its flagship smartphone together with a mid-range device, and a budget-centric handset. Hence, the series might be equipped with the Snapdragon 855, Snapdragon 670, and Snapdragon 632.

The upcoming ZenFone 6 will have its debut at a standalone event in Valencia, Spain.
