| LBC Connect Now Available on App Store, Google Play |
Though the LBC Connect app, consumers can register, update and manage their LBC account information anytime. However, what seems to be its key feature is its ability to allow customer track and trace any number of shipments with status-by-status updates on their device.
LBC also explained that tracking numbers they searched through the app are automatically saved and pinned, as well. LBC Connect helps users to find the nearest LBC branch, and raise concerns by contacting its customer service, too.
“The launch of LBC Connect forms a huge part of our movement towards Digital Transformation. This is one of the initiatives that will help reshape customer experience through technology, while staying true to our brand attributes of Clarity, Certainty and Convenience,” LBC President Mike Camahort addressed.

Meanwhile, the company revealed that new features will be included soon such as LBC Mobile Branch, Case or Tickets Management, and Promotions and Rewards.
