The teaser video revealed that the Chinese mobile maker is currently cooking its first device to boast an under-display selfie camera technology. With this, it allows the device to offer “perfect, notchless smartphone screen.” Hence, the brand suggests consumers to “prepare to be amazed.”

Unlike other handsets, this upcoming phone will deliver a true all-screen display with no notch or punch-hole design. It didn’t embrace the pop-up camera trend, as well. Instead, OPPO might be the first company to launch a smartphone with a shooter under its screen.

When not in use, the device hides its camera – enabling it to flaunt an all-screen display. However, when user decides to utilize its front shooter, a circular motion will appear upon launching the camera app. This will reveal its lens hidden under its screen.
