Xiaomi Teases Prototype Phone with Under-display Camera |
Xiaomi has posted a short video showcasing its prototype smartphone that sports an under-display technology. Posted by the company’s president Lin Bin on Weibo, the clip features two smartphone – one with a dewdrop notch, while the another comes with an all-screen display.
After navigating both handsets, the brand then revealed that the notchless device is equipped with a shooter hidden under its screen.

Through this, the device will enable users to enjoy a real full-screen display without a notch or a tricky pop-up camera. This will also complement the in-display fingerprint sensor, which we can consider as a “basic” feature of any smartphone today.
