Caltex recently launched its new campaign dubbed as World Record-Breaking Fuel in partnership with National Geographic’s Record Rides, and Guinness World Records.

With Record Rides, Caltex will be able to showcase its world-class fuel that can power record-breaking achievements. The said automotive reality entertainment series features KC Montero and Jamaican-Chinese professional rally race car driver Natasha Chang. Their challenge is to break new grounds, and record the fastest ascent of Doi Chang Mountain Road using an everyday car powered by Caltex with Techron fuel.

With Guinness World Records, the brand was able to demonstrate how a world-class fuel could power record-breaking feats. Caltex set a timing of 6 minutes 52.692 seconds with Natasha achieving the coveted title the fastest ascent of Doi Chang Mountain Road by using a 28-year old car.

In case you missed it, Caltex with Techron has Clean and Glide technology that helps to reduce friction, helping maximize power.

The campaign rolls out in Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong starting July to October 2019.
