The Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 and Realme 3 Pro are both dressed with a premium-like design. However, the Realme 3 Pro comes with a more attractive physique – thanks to its flashy color gradient options. The tricky part here, on other hand, is that Huawei equipped its pick with a trendy pop-up camera. And since it sports an elevating selfie cam, the Y9 Prime 2019 delivers a more immersive 6.59-inch screen with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution. Hence, users who love watching videos and playing games will never regret having this phone.

The Y9 Prime 2019 also boasts a better photography department, as it is geared with a triple-rear camera setup composed of a 16-megapixel f/1.8 main shooter, 8-megapixel f/2.4 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Nevertheless, the Realme 3 Pro still delivers impressive photos even if it only comes with dual rear cameras. Moreover, the device features a more capable 25-megapixel f/2.0 selfie snapper than its rival’s 16-megapixel f/2.2 pop-up camera.

Under the hood, many would agree that the Realme 3 Pro was able to dominate the section. The device loads a more powerful Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 616 GPU, compared with the Y9 Prime 2019’s Kirin 710F chip and Mali-G51 MP4 graphics. Realme also offers up to 6GB RAM.
But to be fair, if you’re going to settle with just 4GB RAM, Huawei complemented its handset with a larger 128GB storage than Realme’s underwhelming 64GB.
Meanwhile, in terms of its stamina, the Realme 3 Pro also has a slightly larger 4,045mAh battery than Huawei’s 4,000mAh juice. Both devices support fast charging.
The Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 is priced at Php12,990, while consumers can get the Realme 3 Pro for Php12,990 (4GB/64GB) and Php14,990 (6GB/128GB).
