OPPO has elevated its customer service with the launch of its 1-Hour Flash Fix program, allowing consumers to get the quickest smartphone repair and consultation in less than an hour.

The company explained that the new service will guarantee quick and excellent repair services led by OPPO-certified technicians. Moreover, the brand assures customer that they will receive special compensations when they wait for more than an hour.

If OPPO fails to meet its one-hour service, consumers will instantly score OPPO merchandise items through a computer-based freebie roulette game. Merchandise selections include OPPO signature umbrellas, OPPO pens, microUSB cables, OPPO earphones, and VOOC Charge power bank.

In addition, the 1-Hour Flash Fix is free of charge, unless your device needs replacement or new internal parts installed. However, if the smartphone is still covered by the warranty and the damage is not caused by negligence, then, it will be repaired and changed for free.

This new service is now open at three OPPO Service Centers including SM North EDSA, SM Manila, and SM Marikina. Service centers at SM North EDSA and SM Manila accept walk-ins and online appointments, while its service center at SM Marikina only accepts walk-ins.

Meanwhile, OPPO also eyes to make its 1-Hour Flash Fix service more accessible by preparing to include the 20 remaining OPPO service centers nationwide, as well as the 30 OPPO concept store.
