| Transcend Launches Embedded 3D NAND Solutions |
Engineered to enhance endurance, the new solutions come with an exceptional tolerance. Rated to endure 3K P/E cycles, and designed to withstand extreme operating temperatures fro --40°C to 85°C, the new SSDs can operate with embedded applications such a AIoT, ITS, IoV, and surveillance systems.
Within the new series, the MTE550T-V and MTE550-T M.2 2280 SSDs meet NVMe 1.3 standards and use the PCIe Gen3 x4 interface. Hence, four lanes are utilized for transmitting and receiving data simultaneously.
This gives off a compelling performance of up to 1,800 MB/s read and 800 MB/s write.

The new SSDs are packed with various Transcend’s advanced in-house technologies. SLC caching and a RAID engine power up read and write speeds and extend product life; a RAID engine protects data and enhances drive stability; and LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) Error Correction Code detects and corrects bit errors for greater reliability.
All of Transcend’s embedded 3D NAND SSDs are backed with a three-year limited warranty.
