To allow consumers experience a VIP treatment, OPPO recently launched its new service app that offers an industry-leading customer care.

The OPPO Service app enables users to check repair prices, find nearby service centers, keep track of their repairs, chat with consultants, and more. Here are its key features:

Book a repair – through the app, users can now easily book appointments. This gives them priority passes when they bring their units to the service center, as customers who book their repair appointments have a dedicated priority VIP lane.

Find a service center – without enabling their GPS tracker, the app provides user with a list of official OPPO service centers to ensure their privacy and security.

Check warranty status – by simply inputting their verification code, customers can now easily check if their units are still under warranty. They also need to input their IMEI number, which can be found on their phone settings.

Track repair status – once a unit is booked for repairs, customers can now track the status of their transaction from the moment the service center receives their unit and until the repairs have been completed.

Diagnose unit – this feature can determine if there are hardware malfunctions that need to be addressed.

Check spare parts price – the app displays a price list of spare parts that are commonly being replaced. It will also give customers an idea of how much they have to spend if their units are no longer under its warranty.
