Samsung Philippines recently announced its Galaxy Note 10 trade-in program, allowing consumers to upgrade to its latest flagship smartphone by surrendering their old phones.

To trade-in, customers must present their old premium smartphone of any brand to trade it to a new Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10+ at select participating Samsung experience stores. Here are the details:

  • Samsung representative will evaluate your old premium smartphone, which must be in good working condition. Deductions will be applied if the agent find any defects;
  • A coupon will be given, which will show the appraised value of the surrendered phones;
  • Customers must present the coupon to the cashier upon purchase to deduct it from the SRP of the Galaxy Note 10/Galaxy Note 10+;
  • Consumers can choose only one of the two payment options: straight payment or installment. Customers can opt to pay via cash, credit card, debit, cash card, or Home Credit;
  • You can trade-in more than one phone for valuation for one new device;
  • The net valuation and additional top-up aren’t convertible to cash;
  • Trade-in program can’t be added to other promotions.
