| eBay Philippines Drops Digital Film Series for Online Shoppers |
Entitled “Together,” the brand’s film was written and directed by Blasgil Tanquilut. The series showed age-old themes of love and sacrifice, which is told in a unique and creative way. With a total of three episodes, eBay teased that each new segment will be more exciting than the last one.
The first episode of the film premiered on September 30, while the next two parts will be shown this October.
“We wanted to create a film in Tagalog that is unique with a compelling storyline and a dramatic core that would pull on the audience’s heartstrings,” Kevin Kwan, Head of Strategy and Operations for eBay Southeast Asia, explained.
The company also revealed that they will be releasing several new and creative campaigns over the course of the next few months. The brand will also have numbers of events for the Christmas shopping season.

In case you missed it, eBay is one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms. To help local entrepreneurs, the company launched the series to attract a new generation of online shoppers.
