| GCash is the Top Mobile Wallet for Cashless Transactions in PH |
Based on Nielsen’s recent study, GCash recorded 4.9 million users out of the overall 6.4 million mobile wallet remitters. Meanwhile, the company addressed that to achieve this, they thought of the end-to-end experience as they provide the best way to facilitate money transfers by prioritizing their users.
“GCash provides added accessibility and convenience that does not disrupt but rather enhance one’s current lifestyle,” Mynt President and Chief Executive Anthony Thomas said.
In addition, GCash explained that they continuously innovate and improve the user experience through added-value services and features.
In case you missed it, the company recently launched its Customer Protect program, aiming to provide users increased security and peace of mind when using the app. This program enables users to receive compensation for unauthorized financial transactions.
