The Vivo NEX 3 is priced at Php39,999. Consumers can pre-order it until November 8. Those who will pre-order the device on Shopee and Lazada will score a free Harman JBL T110 Bluetooth earphones, while those who will pre-order the handset at participating Vivo concept stores will get a JBL Go speaker.
