| Select Grab Users to Receive Php1 Refund Starting December 31 |
In compliance with the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC), Grab revealed the minimum spent to qualify for the refund. According to the ride-hailing app, passengers who spent a total of Php1,200 from February 10 to May 10, 2019 will get a Php1 refund.
Meanwhile, another Php1 refund will be disbursed for every Php450 spent by passengers from May 11 to August 10, 2019.
Grab passengers who qualify for the refund will get their Php1 from Grab via GrabPay Wallet accounts starting December 31, 2019.
“Those select Grab riders who took a GrabCar wide in Metro Manila may claim their disbursements through the GrabRewards Catalogue,” Grab addressed.

In case you missed it, in November, PCC ordered Grab to refund Php5.05 million for violating its voluntary commitments. Earlier this month, PCC has once again ordered Grab to refund another Php14.5 million for its violation between May 11 to August 10.
